Apparently it was about 8 ponies - Each pony was a different colour, the book had a female author.
apparently, one of the ponies (a piebald - black and white to you and me) was training to go into space!?!
Apart from that, all she remembers is that one of the ponies was called ‘Brighty’, and that the one who trained for space travel may have been called Justin.
